oh man guys, my body is so not happy with me right now. my stomach feels off, i’m so tired, my skin looks like a 13-year olds with all the new zits that have sprouted up… i need a detox after my chicago weekend.
so, this week’s monday mini’s are detox style!
and i’m not going to check in on my mini goals from two weeks ago (completely forgot to check in last monday – oops…) because i don’t even remember what they are, so i’m sure i didn’t do very well on them. my bad.
monday mini goals for week of 6.20.11
◊ eat at lest 7 servings of fruits/veggies per day → honestly, all i want to eat right now is a giant salad and water. i need to get my diet back to normal!
◊ sweat every day → not much sounds better right now than a good sweaty workout session (except of a giant salad…). i need to release some toxins!
◊ meal plan → i fell of the meal-planning wagon last week and i need to get back on. when i don’t meal plan, my meals are not as quality as when i do. i will make a plan today!
◊ don’t snooze the alarm clock → ok, so i do remember that this one was on my last mini goals. and i completely failed at it. i’m going to try again this week!
◊ no alcohol (until saturday night) → i don’t think this will be very hard. the last thing i want right now is alcohol. but, liz and i are in a wedding this weekend (one of our best friends is getting married!!), so i’m sure i’ll have some adult beverages at the wedding. but that’s it!
ok, i think those goals are ambitious enough for me this week. i just want to feel normal again!
