hey friends! hope your week is off to a great start! i’d say my monday is probably pretty indicative of how the rest of my week will be – crazy busy!
i left st. louis pretty early this morning and have been going non-stop since i got back to madison.
i started off the day with a little starbucks action!
grande light-ice iced coffee with skim milk, please!
overnight oats with berries.
eaten off my lap while driving…. (probably not the safest idea, but i wasn’t hungry until a couple hours after i got up!)
lunch was a quick sub about an hour outside of madison.
a chicken breast sub with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, black olives, pickles, banana peppers, and some yellow mustard on wheat bread.
and dinner was leftover indian food from saturday night. no photo, because, let’s be honest, it looks a little bit like baby poop. it was delicious though! 🙂
now it’s time to check in to see how i did on last week’s goals…

¤ finish 2 projects at lab that i’ve been putting off. ← one down, one to go this week!
¤ no alcohol all week. ← almost check! i shared one beer with brad on saturday afternoon because i completely forgot about this goal! i didn’t have any more though once i remembered…
¤ do 30 day shred 2x this week. ← big fat fail. i didn’t even do it once! bad sarah…
goals for next week:
♦ complete week 4 of the one hundred pushups program for the pipes challenge.
♦ maintain calm and positive attitude during move to new apartment – no stressing! i need to remember that this is a fun and happy change and that even though moving isn’t fun, it’s worth it!
♦ do not hit the snooze button at all.
♦ complete lab to-do list. (i won’t bore you all by listing it out!)
whew! ok, i’m off to finish a work project that i am forcing myself to turn in to my pi by tomorrow!
